How do I place an order?

After you have called/emailed us with your enquiry we will get it touch with you shortly afterwards to confirm stock availability and the price to hire the items that you have selected.

How long after ordering should I expect to receive the props?

If it is an advance order we will have the props delivered to you on a date of your choosing. In the case of last minute orders, this will depend on the delivery location but it would usually be with you within 1-2 working days.

 

How much is Delivery?

Delivery will be dependent on the amount of items orders & also the location to which the items are to be delivered. Give us a call today for a quote. Alternatively you can arrange to pick up the items from our warehouse.

 

How do I return the props to you?

We will arrange for a courier to collect the items from you & return to us. Alternatively if you collected the items from our warehouse you can return them yourself.

 

What are your payment terms?

Full payment upon order of props. Items will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

How long is the standard rental period?

Our standard hire if for up to 4 days. If you require the prop for longer than 4 days additional charges will apply. Long term hire is negotiable dependant on item.

 

Do you have more items than what is pictured on your site?

Due to the extreme number of props in our warehouse it is not possible to showcase them all online. If you have a particular prop in mind but can’t find it on our website please call us & talk to our team. We are sure to have something that will suit.

 

What happens if props get damaged whilst on rental?

Our team will assess the damage, if it can be fixed we will charge you a repair fee. If it is damaged beyond repair you will then be liable to replace the damaged item.

What happens if you lose a prop while on rental?

Should you lose a prop whilst it is in your possession on rental you will be charged a replacement fee. The cost of this will depend on the prop & how easily it can be replaced.
