How do I place an order?

Once you’ve reached out to us via phone or email with your inquiry, we’ll promptly follow up to confirm the availability of stock and provide pricing for the items you’ve selected.

 

How long does it take to receive the props after ordering?

For advance orders, we’ll schedule delivery on a date of your preference. For last-minute orders, delivery time depends on your location, typically arriving within 1-2 working days.

 

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs vary based on the quantity of items ordered and the delivery location. Contact us for a personalised quote today. Alternatively, you can opt to pick up the items from our warehouse.

 

How do I return the props?

We’ll coordinate a courier to collect the items from you for return. If you’ve picked up the items from our warehouse, you can also return them yourself.

 

What are your payment terms?

Full payment is required upon ordering props. Delivery will be arranged once full payment has been received.

 

What is the standard rental period?

Our standard hire period is up to 4 days. Additional charges apply for longer rentals. Long-term hire options can be discussed based on the item.

Do you have more items than what’s shown on your site?

Our extensive warehouse holds numerous props beyond what’s showcased online. If you’re looking for something specific not featured on our website, please reach out to our team, and we’ll assist you in finding the perfect match.

 

What if props get damaged during the rental period?

Upon damage assessment, we’ll either charge a repair fee if the item can be fixed or a replacement fee if it’s beyond repair.

 

What if a prop is lost during rental?

In the event of a lost prop while in your possession, a replacement fee will be charged. The cost depends on the prop and its availability for replacement.
